Our Mailing List
We send out our e-newsletter to our subscribers with information on our events, products and courses. Our mailing list is held on Mailchimp and consists of email addresses of individuals or wholesale clients who opt in to receiving our newsletter at retail events, trade shows, open studios or via our website. You can stop receiving the newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button which is at the bottom of every newsletter or by contacting us at info@ektakaul.com
Other information we collect
Name, Email Address, Telephone, Address is collected in order to process your orders. This information is stored on a server hosted by WordPress when you place an online order. For orders placed in person, by email or by phone, this information is stored on our password encrypted computers and in manual files. We take all reasonable steps to ensure your data is stored safely and securely. All online payments are processed via Paypal. Debit and Credit card payments taken at events and in the studio are processed via Sumup and iZettle. Your data will be protected by their systems. We do not hold any card data.
